When: Sunday, March 16th 2025.
Time: 12pm to 7pm
Where: El Ronin Billar.

Support from three professional players.
•Introduction (15 minutes): A brief explanation of the theory behind different types of billiards, the parts of a cue stick, and the differences between bar rules and competition rules.
•Billiards class (1 hour): We will explain gameplay techniques and practice:
•Body positioning
•Hand positions for holding the cue
•How to execute a shot
•How to calculate where to aim to pocket the ball
•Competition (4 hours): A 16-person bracket, with rounds played as best of 3 games (2 wins). We will have two 7-foot tables and two 9-foot tables assigned randomly. During the competition, others can practice at additional assisted tables. There will be a prize for the winner.
The venue offers food service (sandwiches and Asian cuisine). Even if you’re not participating, you’re welcome to join us for a great time and watch the competition.
