Stand-Up Paddle Baptism (SUP)
We will learn how to move through the sea with a Stand-Up Paddle board. Before entering the sea, it is necessary to know the materials (parts of the board and paddle), the dynamics of the exercise and the optimal weather conditions to carry out the activity. The SUP baptism is an introduction to the practice of stand up paddle and safety in the water. A relaxing and fun activity to enjoy exercising in a natural and marine environment.

Who can register: Priority will be given to women for registration.
What to bring: Swimsuit, flip-flops and towel.
